diving is an attempt by a player to gain an unfair advantage by falling to the ground and possibly feigning an injury, to give the impression that a foul has been committed.

“diving”在英文中還可以表示運(yùn)動(dòng)員為了讓裁判判罰對(duì)手犯規(guī)，而故意摔倒在地上，假裝受傷。
