Tune: Like a Dream

李清照雖然不是一位高產的作家，其詞流傳至今的只不過四五十首，但卻“無一首不工”，“為詞家一大宗矣”。這首《如夢令》，便是“天下稱之”的不朽名篇。小詞借宿酒醒后詢問花事的描寫，曲折委婉地表達了詞人的惜花傷春之情，語言清新，詞意雋永，令人玩味不已。

昨夜雨疏風驟,

Last night the wind was strong and rain was fine,

濃睡不消殘酒.

Sound sleep did not dispel the taste of wine.

試問卷簾人,

I ask the maid who’s rolling up the screen.

卻道海棠依舊.

"The same crab-apple tree," she says, "is seen."

知否?知否? 應是綠肥紅瘦.

"Don’t you know, don’t you know the red should languish and the green must grow?‘‘
