We will arrange everything.
I’ve arranged a taxi for you.
It is all arranged.
【注意】arrange(安排)通常不跟雙賓語。
Please arrange us an interview with the workers.
正:Please arrange an interview with the workers for us.
They arranged to start early.
I’ve arranged to see them tonight.
We still have to arrange how (when) to go there.
【注意】表示“安排某人做某事”,不能用 arrange sb to do sth, 而應用 arrange for sb to do sth (此時的 arrange 為不及物動詞)。
I’ve arranged him to attend the meeting.
正:I’ve arranged for him to attend the meeting.
We have arranged that she (should) look after the children.
They arranged that the meeting (should) be put off to Saturday.
We must arrange about that.
Call up and arrange for a taxi, please.
Let’s go and arrange with them about it.
Let’s try and arrange so that we can get there in time.
用作不及物動詞時,還通常用于 arrange for sb (sth) to do sth(此類句型中的介詞 for 不能省略)。如:
He’s arranged for me to attend the meeting.
We have arranged for the car to come at nine.
We arranged for the meeting to be put off for a week.
正:We arranged that the meeting (should) be put off for a week.

We must arrange the room before the guests arrive.
He arranged the books on the shelf.
In a dictionary the words are arranged in alphabetical order.
