介詞與動(dòng)詞、形容詞或名詞結(jié)合而構(gòu)成的短語動(dòng)詞和介詞短語，含有特定的意思，并常常具有新的含義，這需要特別加以記憶。
A 動(dòng)詞+介詞
1 ask for 要;尋求
The boy asked his father for a computer.
這男孩向他的父親要求買一臺(tái)電腦。
The beggar always asked her for a meal and a glass of beer.

2 arrive at/in 到達(dá)
She will arrive at the airport at 5:00.

★幾個(gè)易混介詞的用法辨析
1.between, among
這兩個(gè)介詞都可以解作“在……之間”。 between常用于兩者之間，among一般指在三者或三者以上之間。例如：
He is sitting between Tom and John.
他坐在湯姆和約翰之間。
He is sitting among the comrades.
他坐在同志們中間。
如果指三個(gè)以上人或物中的每?jī)蓚€(gè)之間時(shí)，仍然要用between。例如：
Switzerland lies between France, Italy, Austria and Germany.
瑞士位于法國(guó)、意大利、奧地利和德國(guó)之間。
2. besides, except
besides與except都可解作“除……之外”，但含義不同。
