●抱怨
怨言對對方來講絕對不是一件使人愉快的事情，所以在表達方式上有必要下一番工夫。

●吊唁

We wish to express our deep regret over the passing of... *death 也可以代替passing, 但是death說法太直接，最好避開。
請接受我們誠摯的哀悼。
