US moves won’t cease trade rows, say experts: Though the United States has refrained from conducting fresh currency probes and imposing new anti-dumping duties, this does not signal an end to its trade protectionist measures against China, experts said on Wednesday。

專家稱，美國的舉措不會平息貿易糾紛：專家周三稱，盡管美國沒有進行新一輪人民幣匯率調查，也沒有對華征收新的反傾銷關稅，但這并不意味著美國終止了對華的貿易保護主義措施。

在上面的報道中，trade rows就是“貿易糾紛”，也可以用trade dispute來表示。Row的意思是“吵架，爭吵”。例如：get into a row with somebody(與某人吵架)。在中美貿易糾紛中常見的措施有anti-dumping duties(反傾銷稅)、anti-subsidies investigation(反補貼調查)、征收special protectionist tariffs(特保關稅)、export control(出口管制)等。

兩國間的貿易糾紛經常是由trade protectionism(貿易保護主義)引發的，如果一國對出口商品進行補貼，另一國可能會impose countervailing duties(征收反補貼稅)作為懲罰。
