What an incredible day at the beach!海灘邊的一天，多么令人驚喜！

Not because it was the most fabulous weather.不是因為，這一天的天氣好的無與倫比

Not because we were with fabulous friends.也不是因為，我們與最要好的朋友們在一起

it was the best day because它之所以是最好的一天，是因為

a group of Men and a young boys took the time to notice a little boy with Different abilities,我看到一群玩沙灘足球的小伙子和小男孩們，他們停下比賽，看著一個身體有殘疾的小男孩

waving his arms in the air saying, my turn, me, me小男孩在半空中揮舞著胳膊，喊著，該我了，該我了

as the football was being tossed around over his head.因為一只足球剛從他的頭頂飛了過去

Honestly, my first thought was誠實的說，我的第一個想法是

oh man they are playing football ,噢天吶，他們在玩沙灘足球

I’m going to have to go move Micah .我要讓我的兒子Micah躲開

I called Micah from my chair 50 ft away我躺在長椅里叫Micah的名字，他離我大概50英尺的距離

and he was refusing to come!沒想到他不愿意到我這里來

He just continued to watch the ball being tossed ,他就想看著那只足球被拋來拋去

listening to the fun laughter of the Guys,聽著他們歡欣的笑聲

and watching the High fives they were swapping.看著他們擊掌慶祝

These are the moments that I dread.可是這些時候都讓我十分驚恐

I have to make choices我都心慌意亂

to choose good thought, not bad ones!努力讓自己往好的方面想，而不是壞的方面

But today something incredible happened!今天，卻有令我意想不到的事情發生了

These guys, who honestly I didn’t have much faith in (strangers)這些人，這些我實在沒有多少信任的人（全都是陌生人）

totally impacted me, and Micah.徹底改變了我和Micah

I sat and watched我坐在那里看著

as they tossed the football to Micah!看著他們把球拋向了Micah

I watch the joy and excitement我看到兒子的臉上寫滿了歡喜和興奮

of being one of the guys成為他們中的一員他高興極了

radiate on his face!臉上容光煥發

Then,接著

one man actually took the time真的有一個人停下

and bent down彎下腰

and showed Micah how to hold the football and throw it !告訴Micah如何握球，如何把球拋出去

Micah played for a good 20 minutes with these Hero’sMicah跟這群英雄們足足玩了20分鐘，歡樂無比

as I will call them!我今后還會聯系他們！

We are all connected,我們互換了聯系方式

it’s so easy for us to get so caught我們時常被束縛

in being politically correct,要舉止禮貌得體

minding our own business,要首先管好自己的事

not thinking of simple Acts of kindness,卻沒有想過做一些簡單的善舉

acceptance,沒有想過接納善意

and love for others!沒有想過愛他人

May I always look around me,愿我經常環顧左右

and be willing to include the outsider,愿我敞開心扉，接納陌生人

the differently abled.接納與眾不同者

Hero’s come in many forms,世界上有很多種英雄

and these Men and young man are my hero’s today!!今天，這群小伙和男孩就是我的英雄
