affair的意思是“有關(guān)的事,事務(wù),活動(dòng)等”,如foreign affairs(外事),也常指婚外戀;event指“每日里發(fā)生的事件,事或活動(dòng),比賽項(xiàng)目”;incident同event意思相近,指“事件,事”,尤指較重大的、有影響的政治事件等。
