在上面的報道中,blueprint homes或blueprint housing就是“圖紙房”?!皥D紙房”是指憑借簡單的戶型圖進行銷售的商品房。一般都是地產商get a piece of land at auction(拍下一塊土地),印出simple blueprints of the project(簡單的戶型圖),吸引大批購房者,在收到capital in the presale(預售款)后再開工建設。
事實上,購買這種blueprint housing的風險比forward-delivery housing(期房)還要大。如果“圖紙房”的開發商碰到資金問題放棄了該項目,那么購房者將很難拿回自己的advance fees(預付款)。
