在上面的報(bào)道中，blueprint homes或blueprint housing就是“圖紙房”。“圖紙房”是指憑借簡(jiǎn)單的戶型圖進(jìn)行銷售的商品房。一般都是地產(chǎn)商get a piece of land at auction(拍下一塊土地)，印出simple blueprints of the project(簡(jiǎn)單的戶型圖)，吸引大批購(gòu)房者，在收到capital in the presale(預(yù)售款)后再開工建設(shè)。

事實(shí)上，購(gòu)買這種blueprint housing的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)比forward-delivery housing(期房)還要大。如果“圖紙房”的開發(fā)商碰到資金問題放棄了該項(xiàng)目，那么購(gòu)房者將很難拿回自己的advance fees(預(yù)付款)。
