“圖紙房”縣城熱銷——由于政府已對(duì)一線、二線城市的房產(chǎn)實(shí)行限購(gòu),買房者開始將目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)移到了小城市甚至偏遠(yuǎn)縣城,那里的房?jī)r(jià)也開始瘋漲起來。
在上面的報(bào)道中,blueprint homes或blueprint housing就是“圖紙房”。“圖紙房”是指憑借簡(jiǎn)單的戶型圖進(jìn)行銷售的商品房。一般都是地產(chǎn)商get a piece of land at auction(拍下一塊土地),印出simple blueprints of the project(簡(jiǎn)單的戶型圖),吸引大批購(gòu)房者,在收到capital in the presale(預(yù)售款)后再開工建設(shè)。
事實(shí)上,購(gòu)買這種blueprint housing的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)比forward-delivery housing(期房)還要大。如果“圖紙房”的開發(fā)商碰到資金問題放棄了該項(xiàng)目,那么購(gòu)房者將很難拿回自己的advance fees(預(yù)付款)。
