Trainer: You look great!
Shirley: Thanks to you. I’m totally pumped up.
Trainer: So you are happy that you made the decision to join us.
Shirley: I surely am. But still there is one single problem.
Trainer: What’s that?
Shirley: I eat more and more these days. And it puts even more weight on me.
Trainer: It’s not good to start with too much work-out at the beginning. What about trying something else?
Shirley: I’d love to do that. What do you recommend?
Trainer: More and more people are warm up to Yoga these days. Do you want to have a try?
Shirley: Do you think it’s a good option for health and relaxation?
Trainer: Absolutely. But it takes great perseverance to master.
Shirley: I can so that.
Trainer: Here is a free class going on right over there. Go and join them.
(After having the Yoga lesson, Shirley comes back to the trainer.)
Trainer: How did it go?
Shirley: Everything was okay when it started, but the music made me drowsy. So I think I may have dozed off for a minute over there.

動詞不定式作主語、賓語
動詞不定式一般由“to+動詞原形”構(gòu)成。“to”僅為符號，無實(shí)義，個別情況下可省略。
1.動詞不定式作主語
(1)動詞不定式作主語，看作單數(shù)第三人稱，它的謂語應(yīng)用單數(shù)第三人稱
To do more exercise is good for health. 多做運(yùn)動對身體有益。
To see is to believe. 眼見為實(shí)。
(2)“疑問句+動詞不定式”作主語
How to use computer is a question. 如何使用電腦是個問題。
What to do in holiday is a question. 在假期做什么是個問題。
2.作賓語
(1)帶to 的不定式直接作動詞的賓語
They failed to meet each other. 他們沒看見對方。
I want to be an English teacher. 我想當(dāng)個英語老師。
(2)不定式和疑問詞一起作賓語(what,where,when,who,whom,which,whether,how等)
I don’t know how to get there. 我不知道怎么去那里。
She asked what to do next. 她問接下來做什么。
