I’m good除了可以用來回答How are you?，表示“我很好”之外，還常用于：
- Do you want some chips with your sandwich?
你的三明治要帶薯條嗎?
- No, I’m good. Thanks.
不用了，謝謝。
- Do you have any questions?
你還有什么問題嗎?
- No, I’m good.
沒有了。
也可用作委婉拒絕。
- Do you wanna go to a strip club?
要不要去看脫衣舞?
- I’m good.
不去啦。
2、Go by
在課堂自我介紹時，有時會說中文名，然后英文名。Instead of saying "My Chinese name is xxx, and my English name is xxx.",你可以這樣說：
My name is xxx (中文名), and I go by xxx (英文名).
Go by即“被叫做，人們常叫我……”，例如：
Our friend William often goes by Billy.
我們的朋友William，我們一般都叫他Billy。
一些美國學生不樂意用自己的原名，而偏好昵稱，也可以用go by來表達：
My name is Catherine, and I go by Cat.
我的名字是Catherine，你們可以叫我Cat。
3、Appreciate it!
在美國，每次下公交車的時候，大家都會禮貌地對司機表示感謝，有次看到四個小哥魚貫而出，每個人表達感謝的語句都不同。
除了常見的"Thank you very much!"，"Thanks a lot!"以外，就是“Appreciate it!"
Appreciate it，完整意思就是：
I appreciate what you have done for me.
我非常感謝你為我做的事。
4、Have a good one
美國人很喜歡互相道好，無論認識不認識。每次和人說再見的時候(可能是下班，結完賬離開超市，下課等等)，往往會對同事/收銀員/老師……說聲"Have a good day / night / weekend"之類的。
還有種更簡易的表達，即"Have a good one!"，簡單順口，客套必備。
5、狀語前置
這是種很高級的表達方式，在每張美元背面都有一句話"In God We Trust"
正常語序是：We trust in God.
