The customer has found a pair of shoes she likes.

顧客找到了一雙她喜歡的鞋子。

C: I’ll try one of these on. ( The customer tries one of the shoes on. ) It’s too big. It slides up and down my heel when I walk around.

顧客：我要試穿其中的一只鞋看看。(顧客穿上了其中的一只鞋。)它太大了，當我走動時，它就在我腳跟上下滑動。

S: Well, let’s try a size six. (He gets another pair and the customer tries a shoe on) Looks like a perfect fit.

C: Not really. It pinches my toes.

S: I’m sure they’ll be fine once you break them in.

例：Have you tried on that sweater Grandma sent you?

2.slide vi.滑動

動詞三種時態：slide，slid，slid。

例：Sally and Susan slid down the slope on their sleds.

(莎莉和蘇姍坐著她們的雪橇從山坡上滑下來。)

3.up and down 上下地

例：The boys bounced up and down on the bed.

(那些男孩們在床上跳上跳下。)

4.walk around 四處走動

例：The tourist spent the afternoon walking around in the city.

(那名貺光客花了一個下午的時間在城里四處瀏覽。)

5.pinch vt. 擠壓;捏

例：The naughty boy pinched his sister’s arm.

(那個頑皮的男孩捏了姐姐的手臂。)

6.toe n.腳趾

7.I’m sure + (that) 從句 我確/相信……

例：I’m sure( that) you’ll do well on the test

(我相信你會考得很好。)

8.break... in/break in... 將(鞋子)穿習慣

例：I’ll still haven’t broken in my new sandals.

(我還沒穿慣新涼鞋。)

9.do business with sb 和某人做生意/買賣

例：I wouldn’t do business with him if I were you.

(如果我是你就不會和他做生意。)
