夢中夢(A Dream Within a Dream)，也譯作夢中之夢，是美國詩人艾倫·坡(Edgar Allan Poe)的一首詩歌，最早于1849年發表，并被德國樂隊Chandeen演唱。讀到這首詩的一瞬間，與作者其他作品的感覺不一樣，淡淡的憂傷，時光的流逝留給我們的記憶很少，似乎是在回味時間從指間偷偷溜掉。

Take this kiss upon the brow!

And, in parting from you now,

You are not wrong, who deem

That my days have been a dream;
