Sometimes you are victorious, and sometimes you become disillusioned.
又是你是勝者，但是有時(shí)你又會(huì)幻滅。
The failed experiments, however, are no less valuable than the experiments that ultimately prove successful; in fact, you usually learn more from your perceived "failures" than you do from your perceived "success".
然而，失敗的經(jīng)歷遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于成功，事實(shí)上，你從失敗里學(xué)到的比在成功里學(xué)到的更多。
If you have made what you perceive to be a mistake or failed to live up to your own expectations, you will most likely put up a barrier between your essence and the part of you that is the alleged wrong-doer.
如果你自責(zé)犯了一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤或辜負(fù)了自己的期望，你將很可能在你成功和失敗之間豎起一道障礙。

However, perceiving past actions as mistakes implies guilt and blame, and it is not possible to learn anything meaning while you are engaged in blaming.
然而,為過(guò)去的行為內(nèi)疚、自責(zé)都是錯(cuò)誤的，當(dāng)你在忙著自責(zé)的時(shí)候，它不會(huì)讓你學(xué)到什么。
Therefore, forgiveness is required when you are harshly judging yourself. Forgiveness is the act of erasing an emotional debt. There are four kinds of forgiveness.
因此，當(dāng)你苛刻要求自己的時(shí)候，你需要原諒你自己。寬恕是一種消除情感負(fù)擔(dān)的行為，有四種寬恕：

The first is beginner forgiveness for yourself.
第一：從原諒自己開(kāi)始。
The second of forgiveness is beginner forgiveness for another.
第二：原諒別人
The third kind of forgiveness is advanced forgiveness of yourself. This is for serious transgressions, the one you carry with deep shame when you do something that violates your own values and ethics, you create a chasm between your standards and your actual behavior.
第三：再次原諒自己，這是最重要的，是隨時(shí)記住的,當(dāng)你深深地感到羞恥,違反了自己的價(jià)值觀和倫理之間的鴻溝時(shí)，這是你自己的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),你的實(shí)際行為。

This does not mean that you should rush to forgive yourself not feel regret or remorse; but wallowing in these feelings for a protracted period of time is not healthy, and punishing yourself excessively will only creats a bigger gap between you and your ethics.
這并不意味著你應(yīng)該急于原諒自己而不感到后悔或自責(zé)，但是很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間總沉溺于這些感覺(jué)是沒(méi)有意義的，懲罰自己過(guò)度只會(huì)給你和你的道德制造更大的隔閡。

The last and perhaps most difficult one is the advanced forgiveness of another.
最后，比較難得就是再次原諒別人。
At some time of our life, you may have been severely wronged or hurt by another person to such a degree that forgiveness seems impossible.
有時(shí)候在我們的生活中，你可能受到另一個(gè)人的嚴(yán)重傷害，似乎是不可原諒的。
However, harboring resentment and revenge fantasies only keeps you trapped in victim hood. Under such a circumstance, you should force yourself to see the bigger picture, by so doing, you will be able to shift the focus away from the anger and resentment.
然而，懷著怨恨和復(fù)仇幻想只讓你一直成為受害者。通過(guò)這樣做你必須強(qiáng)迫自己看到更大的圖景,你可以轉(zhuǎn)移你的注意力,不至于沉溺于怒火和仇恨之中。
It is only through forgiveness that you can erase wrong doing and clean the memory. when you can finally release the situation, you may come to see it as a necessary part of your growth.
只有通過(guò)寬恕,你才能忘卻過(guò)錯(cuò),清理那些不堪的記憶。當(dāng)你終于可以釋放時(shí),你會(huì)認(rèn)為這是一個(gè)必要的一部分你的成長(zhǎng)。
它充滿(mǎn)了你能感知到的快樂(lè)、愛(ài)、榮耀和幸福。

It even surprises you with misfortune so you can experience the full range of your explosive emotions, and so the good things are that much sweeter.

Even better, nothing great comes easily. You have thrilling hurdles to overcome around every corner in order to achieve greatness in this world.

The icing on the cake is that it doesn’t goon forever. How special would anything be if you had an eternity to achieve it? How precious would life be
就像蛋糕上的糖衣一樣，幸福也不會(huì)永久。如果你能永生得到一切，萬(wàn)物之間還會(huì)有什么差別。你又會(huì)如何珍惜生活
So please, stop taking life for granted. Instead, focus on being a force for love, forchange, for questioning what is right, for re-questioning when you must, and for the diehard belief in the goodness of people.
因此，請(qǐng)不要把生活想得理所當(dāng)然。努力去愛(ài)、去改變、尋找真理、必要時(shí)不斷追問(wèn)并始終堅(jiān)信人性本善。
