托馬斯·懷亞特爵士(Sir Thomas Wyatt，1503-1542年)，英國(guó)詩(shī)人、政治家。他和薩里的伯爵享利·霍華德一起，把十四行詩(shī)引入英國(guó)文學(xué)。他們的作品首先出版在《托泰爾雜記》(1557年)。
懷亞特出生于肯特郡。他在劍橋大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士(1518年)和碩士(1522年)學(xué)位。懷亞特是享利八世的親信，做過(guò)幾任外交職務(wù)，1536年被封為爵士。
